What you'll be doing
As a Business Development Executive at ZionStar, you will help grow our reach: identifying prospective universities, EdTech companies and training providers, starting conversations, and connecting them with the right ZionStar products and services. This is a people-first role where curiosity and drive matter more than years of experience — freshers are welcome and mentored into a strong sales foundation.
Key responsibilities
Your day to day
- Research and identify prospective clients across education and training
- Start conversations through email, calls and social outreach
- Understand client needs and connect them to the right solution
- Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM and follow up diligently
- Work with the growth team to move opportunities forward

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine curiosity about education, technology and business
- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn — freshers welcome
- Comfort working across global time zones
