Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at GrowAI Edtech. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure a high standard of service and support. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings, presenting GrowAI’s programs to prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and improve conversion rates. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives in the AI education market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
• Experience in edtech, SaaS, or AI-focused services is beneficial.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with CRM tools and online communication platforms is advantageous.
