Our team thrives in a fast-paced, energetic, creative, and innovative environment. When you join Cubbie, you become part of a mission-driven team passionate about rethinking neurodiversity, improving lives, and making a meaningful difference.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to take the next step in their career, take ownership of their own pipeline and play a key role in growing an innovative business.
You'll be responsible for developing new business across schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through to closing deals.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own territory, build relationships with new customers and contribute directly to Cubbie’s ambitious growth plans.
You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, from school leaders and SENCOs to senior decision-makers within education organisations, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Cubbie can support their inclusion and wellbeing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across the UK education sector.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through to close.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that demonstrate Cubbie's value.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the wider growth of the business.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and the wider team to support business development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and confident in their sales ability, with the ambition to continue developing their career.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
- Experience generating new business opportunities, building a pipeline and progressing opportunities through to close.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers and understanding customer needs.
- A proactive, organised and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Commercial awareness, resilience and a genuine motivation to achieve targets.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously develop your sales skills.
Experience selling into education or the public sector would be an advantage, but is not essential. We'll provide the product and market training you need to succeed.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
