Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager

Role Description This part-time, remote Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager role focuses on expanding the firm’s client base and strengthening market presence. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients in relevant legal service areas. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing outreach plans, coordinating meetings or presentations with the legal team, and managing follow-up communication to convert opportunities into engagements. The role also includes maintaining account records, tracking business development activities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align business development strategies with the firm’s goals.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage multiple prospects and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM or lead management tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building abilities with a focus on ethical and client-centered practices.
