Business Development Executive – Remote

WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company specializing in copy trading, proprietary trading (prop firm) solutions, and forex brokerage services. Through our flagship prop trading firm, WeMasterTrade, We provide funded trading accounts and proprietary trading programs designed to help traders access capital and grow their trading careers.

We are currently hiring a Remote Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Kenyan market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Affiliate Partners, IBs, KOLs, and KOCs in Kenya.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, traders, and customers.
• Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, deposits, and retention.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads using HubSpot CRM.
• Manage customer inquiries through CRM and social media channels.
• Build and manage communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Kenyan market.
• Create engaging social media content, short videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular business performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Affiliate Marketing, KOL/KOC Management, Fintech, Forex, or Trading.
• Good understanding of the Kenyan market.
• Existing connections with affiliates, IBs, influencers, traders, or relevant communities are an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Active user of social media platforms.
• Experience in content creation and social media management is an advantage.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• HubSpot or other CRM experience is an advantage.
