Primary Guard's provides cybersecurity solutions and services to Enterprise customers for them to minimize the impact from cyber threats. This is to maintain essential business functions during and after disaster occurrences. We currently have a docket of over 700 clients across industries, including various government ministries, agencies, state foundations, and nationally renowned companies.

Role Summary:

The Business Development (Cybersecurity) is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition, market expansion, and the development of key partnerships within the cybersecurity ecosystem. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders to position cybersecurity solutions effectively.


What would the roles be?

Business Growth & Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute the BD strategy for cybersecurity solutions across targeted industries.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise and government opportunities.
  • Lead full sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and acquisition KPIs.

Market & Partnership Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with cybersecurity vendors, MSSPs, cloud providers, and ecosystem players.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence to identify emerging technologies, threats, and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and security forums.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, procurement teams, and IT security leaders with strong consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into viable security solution proposals.
  • Work with marketing on go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and solution positioning.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities.
  • Contribute to the development of cybersecurity solution bundles or commercial offerings.
