The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT and engineering recruitment. This is a remote role, offering high earning potential and a clear path to a full-time permanent position based on performance. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record of building client relationships and generating recruitment business, we did love to hear from you. What’s on Offer: Initial 5 month contract 10% commission on gross business generated up to £6000/month 14% commission on gross business generated above £6000/month Clear pathway to permanent employment: Generate £10,000+ in new business per month for 5 consecutive months, and Receive a full-time role with £2,600/month salary (£31,200 annually), subject to standard UK employment terms Formal offer for a permanent role to be issued within 30 days of meeting this condition 100% remote working (UK-based)
