UpMomentum is an operator-led strategic advisory firm based in Ho Chi Minh City. Our advisors are seasoned executives with decades of hands-on experience across consumer goods, F&B, finance, capital markets and healthcare in Vietnam and the region.

We partner with founders, boards and executive teams on pivotal decisions in growth, international expansion and M&A, from clarifying the choices to organizing execution. Our approach connects the dots across five pillars: Leadership Capacity, Organizational Design, Business Strategy, Execution Discipline and Capital Management.

We work with clients through three engagement models: C-Level Mentoring, Co-lead Strategic Projects and Board Advisory.

🎯 What you’ll do

Research and map potential clients (founders, SMEs and scale-ups facing growth, expansion or M&A decisions) and build a qualified lead pipeline.

Prepare industry, market and company briefs so our advisors walk into every first conversation with real insight.

Support proposals, pitch decks and client materials for our three engagement models.

Manage the CRM: track outreach, follow-ups and partner touchpoints, and report on pipeline progress.

Help turn our insights and case studies into LinkedIn, Substack and event content, and support workshops and business community events.

👤 Who we’re looking for

A final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business or a related field.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn industry data and financial information into clear, structured takeaways.

Fluent Vietnamese and professional English, with confident writing in both languages.

Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Experience with CRM or AI tools is a plus.

A genuine interest in strategy, leadership and Vietnam’s SME ecosystem, along with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the discretion to handle confidential client information.
