About Halo

Hospitality is all we do.

Halo Digital Media is a one-stop boutique agency for hotels and resorts across Vietnam. Every service we offer is built around what hotels and resorts need: TVCs, social media reels, photography, virtual tours, website development, digital marketing and design. Since 2016 we’ve worked with Marriott, Accor, Melia, Wyndham, Minor Hotels, Anantara, InterContinental, Alma and many independent resorts.

Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. Hotels stay with us because we’re one partner for everything they need and our work gives them good value for their budget. Now we want to grow beyond our existing network. That’s your job.

Who we’re looking for

This role needs someone from the hotel industry. You must have worked in hospitality, ideally on the hotel side, agency side or both, and you must have a network of GMs, DOSMs and marketing managers who already know you and will take your call. We can teach you our services. We can’t teach you the relationships.

The role

You’ll find, open and close new hotel and resort clients across Vietnam. You’ll own the pipeline from first contact to signed quote, then hand over to our production team and stay close to the client so the next job comes to you too. There’s no sales team around you yet. You’ll report directly to me, the founder, and you’ll have real influence on how Halo sells. If you need someone handing you a daily call list, this isn’t the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Build and work a target list of 4 and 5 star hotels, resorts and new openings across Vietnam
  • Get in front of GMs, Directors of Sales & Marketing and marketing managers, by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person
  • Grow our F&B business, selling video and photography to hotel outlets and independent restaurants, bars and beach clubs
  • Run discovery calls and work out what a property actually needs: a TVC, social reels, a photo refresh, a virtual tour, a new website, digital marketing or design support
  • Put together proposals and quotes with me, then negotiate and close
  • Keep pre-opening projects and GM moves on your radar. When a GM we know moves to a new property, that’s a lead
  • Keep the pipeline up to date and report on it every week
  • Travel to meet clients, attend site visits and go to industry events when it’s worth it

What you’ll bring

  • Hospitality experience is a must. At least 3 years in hotel sales, marketing, operations or account management, or at an agency selling to hotels or B2B businesses
  • An active network of hotel GMs, DOSMs and marketing people in Vietnam you can call tomorrow
  • A track record of winning new business on your own initiative
  • Fluent Vietnamese and strong English, written and spoken
  • Comfort talking about creative work and production budgets. You don’t need to shoot video, but you need to know why one hotel film works and another doesn’t
  • Discipline. You’ll be remote, so we need to trust your own week to run itself

Nice to have

  • Contacts in the international chains (Accor, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Minor, Melia)
  • A strong F&B network: restaurant owners, F&B directors, bar and beach club operators
  • Experience selling to pre-opening teams

What we offer

  • Remote role. Work from home anywhere in Vietnam, with travel when needed
  • 10 to 13 million VND per month base salary, plus commission on new business you bring in
  • Travel costs covered for client meetings
  • A strong portfolio to sell and a production team that delivers
  • Direct access to the founder and a real say in how the business grows

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note to sales@halomedia.vn Tell us about the best hotel deal you’ve closed and who you’d call first if you joined
