💼 How It Works

1️⃣ Refer a client to your UMB Loan Officer partner

2️⃣ We handle the mortgage process start to finish

3️⃣ You earn up to 50 basis points (max $5,000) per closed loan

You remain a 1099 agent with your brokerage and become a W-2 employee of Ultimate Mortgage Brokers in a Business Development role.

🚫 What This Role Is Not

You are not a loan originator
You do not take applications or quote rates
You are not required to refer all of your business to UMB

Consumer choice and transparency are required.

📌 Qualifications

Licensed real estate agent in good standing
Minimum 12 closed transactions in the last 12 months
Cannot hold a mortgage loan originator license
Willing to complete compliance training and attend company events

💰 Compensation

Hourly W-2 base pay
Commission: 0.50% of funded loan amount
Max $5,000 per transaction
Paid on closed & funded loans
