Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Business Development Specialist / Manager to support PensionRC's international growth.

This is a part-time, fully remote, commission-based position focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding strategic partnerships across the global pensions and retirement industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and securing new research, consulting, and business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with pension funds, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
• Developing strategic partnerships and identifying potential sponsors for PensionRC's international initiatives.
• Supporting business proposals, client outreach, and partnership negotiations.
• Collaborating with the research team to align business development activities with PensionRC's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of pension systems and the global retirement industry.
• Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in pension funds, pension providers, financial institutions, or related organizations.
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and engage with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
