Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and development of the Cold Forming business across Pan-India.
• Work closely with channel partners and distributors to develop the Cold Forming business across India.
• Identify business opportunities, understand customer requirements and support opportunity conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions related to Cold Forming applications and processes.
• Identify opportunities for other SurTec product lines and generate qualified leads for relevant business teams to support cross-selling opportunities.
• Support customer trials, technical discussions and product/application development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and operations to convert opportunities into business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as the functional and technical expert for Cold Forming within the organization.
• Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline across target segments.
• Support pricing, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Deliver annual sales and profitability targets for the Cold Forming business.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of Cold Forming processes, applications and related chemical/lubrication solutions.
• Ability to conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and application discussions with customers.
• Experience in customer trials, product testing, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Proven expertise in business development, commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling.
• Ability to understand customer processes, identify technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Understanding market trends, competing technologies and emerging requirements in the Cold Forming industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and other business-related tools usage.
