Responsibilities Identify and onboard UK legal firms and claim partners. Manage lead flow and agreements with partner companies. Develop new referral networks for housing disrepair claims. Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth execution. Create and implement strategic business development plans Monitor and report on business development performance metrics Requirements 3+ years B2B experience in legal services or claim management. Strong relationship-building and negotiation ability. Experience with UK housing claim processes preferred. Excellent understanding of data protection (GDPR) and UK compliance practices.
