Business Development Manager (IT Staffing)

Position : Business Development Manager (IT Staffing/ Recruitment)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in B2B IT services, technology consulting or IT staffing for Malaysia & Singapore Market

This role focuses on developing and managing corporate clients, selling IT staffing and technology services, and managing the full sales cycle.

• Strong experience in Malaysia/ Singapore/ India Region
• Develop new business with corporate and enterprise clients
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Identify IT staffing, consulting and project opportunities
• Negotiate service agreements, contract terms and pricing, and convert opportunities into awarded contracts.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams on candidate requirements, submissions, interviews and mobilisation schedules.
• Work with HR and payroll teams to support workforce administration and client service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate timely resolution of service issues.
• Build relationships with IT, business and procurement stakeholders
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Track upcoming projects, contract awards, shutdowns and turnarounds to identify business opportunities.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technology terminology

Mode of work : Hybrid.

Work Location : Hyderabad / Kuala Lumpur/ Singapore.
