Business Development Manager (Payments)

UnetSafe is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager (Payments). In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network of payment providers and shaping the future of our payment services. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Russian is a plus. Responsibilities: Engage and acquire new payment providers through strategic partnerships. Conduct market research to identify key payment methods required in specific regions. Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with payment providers. Facilitate, support, and oversee the onboarding process for new providers. Collaborate with existing providers to negotiate commercial terms and explore new opportunities. Maintain comprehensive reporting on interactions with payment providers. Work closely with the Payments Department to ensure seamless integration and service delivery. Propose and implement innovative ideas, staying up-to-date with payment product and service trends. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in the high-risk segment within the payments industry. Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong plus. Experience in working with markets in India, Latin America, and Japan is advantageous. Deep knowledge of payment sources and industry trends. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for win-win negotiations. Proactive and creative approach to business development.
