As Business Development Manager, you will sell contracted services to the healthcare and care-home sector. This is a business development / new business position where you will self-generate your own appointments. You will be supported by an internal Telesales department who will provide you with leads. You will deal with all levels of decision maker from C-Level through to Owners and Managers. This is a consultative sell - you will sell service contracts that are typically 2-3 year in length. You must be a consultative sales person and be comfortable selling based on service and NOT price. Ideally you will have had some sales training and clearly be able to demonstrate a 'sales process.'
