Role Description This full-time remote Business Development role at mid/senior level focuses on driving growth and expanding Reality Marketing’s client base in technical sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends in aerospace, defense, AR/VR, and advanced computing, and developing strategies to open new opportunities. The individual will prepare and deliver proposals, collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools to support forecasting and performance reporting. This position requires proactive communication with stakeholders, regular virtual meetings, and independent management of a remote work schedule.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and measure business development performance.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including professional English fluency for client-facing calls, presentations, and written proposals.
• Proven Lead Generation experience, with success in building and managing pipelines in B2B or technology-focused environments.
• Market Research skills to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within aerospace, defense, AR/VR, and advanced computing.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and support long-term client relationships.
• Background in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology or technical marketing sectors.
• Comfort with remote work tools, CRM platforms, and online communication channels; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
