Business Development Partner

Format: Remote, part-time, performance-based

If you've spent years around venture funds, in executive search, HR consulting or advisory, and GPs, partners and portfolio operators reply when you write to them, this role may be for you.

You've seen what a wrong hire in a senior seat does to a company. The CFO who never found common ground with the founder. The CTO who left before the product shipped. The new exec nobody helped settle in.

So when a founder or a fund you know is about to make that hire, you'd rather they called someone who does it properly.

What We Do:

We don't send CVs. We assess founders and teams through Spiral Dynamics and Adizes, run human due diligence for investors before they write the cheque, and then build the operating models, governance and OKRs that keep the company working after the hire lands. Our searches cover Principals, Analysts, Controllers, IR, CTOs and CFOs, mostly in fintech, crypto, cybersecurity and IT. Funds come back to us for the next role.

How We Work Together:

You make the introduction. We run the search and the work that follows, so six months later you're not the one explaining why it went wrong.
