If you are tenaciously curious, empowered to take ownership, and passionate about delivering customer-first solutions in the fast-paced world of global payments, you’ll fit right in. About the Role IXOPAY is seeking an ambitious, high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Revenue / Sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving growth through a combination of inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting. You are the engine of our sales pipeline. Your mission is to rapidly respond to and qualify all marketing-generated inbound leads while also strategically identifying, researching, and engaging target accounts to build pipeline through outbound outreach. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves being at the critical intersection of marketing and sales. What You'll Do Rapid Lead Response: Respond to all inbound leads (demo requests, content downloads, chat inquiries) with speed and professionalism, as the first point of contact. Engage prospects via email, phone, and social media to understand their business needs and challenges. Lead Qualification: Conduct high-level discovery conversations to determine if a prospect is a good fit for our solution, qualifying them against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Identify key decision-makers, timelines, and business pains to book high-quality, qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executive team. Outbound Prospecting: Proactively research, identify, and target key accounts and decision-makers within our ideal target markets. Execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings. Lead Nurturing & Management: Nurture prospects who are not yet ready to buy by providing them with valuable content and resources. Manage and prioritize your pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to ensure no opportunity is missed. Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Act as the critical bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring a smooth and seamless handoff of all qualified leads. Provide real-time feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, common objections, and prospect sentiment. Data & Reporting: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, statuses, and notes in Salesforce. Track and report on key performance metrics, including response time, conversion rates (Lead-to-Meeting), and pipeline generated. What You'll Bring Required 1–3 years of success in a BDR, SDR, or similar lead qualification role within a B2B SaaS environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside active listening abilities. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, with experience using tools like Apollo. Process-oriented mindset with strong organization, time management, and the ability to handle high task volumes. A curious, coachable attitude and a genuine desire to learn and perfect your sales craft. High energy, a positive outlook, and a strong drive to hit and exceed monthly quotas. Preferred Experience with sales engagement platforms and marketing automation software. Prior experience in the FinTech, payments, or payment orchestration space. Why Join IXOPAY?
