Business Development Representative (Remote) – 1,300 USD/month + Bonuses

Compensation: 1,300 USD/month plus performance bonuses. Full-time and 100% remote.

Talentige is looking for an outbound Sales Representative (SDR) to generate new business for a growing US company in the industrial sector. You'll reach decision-makers at manufacturing and industrial B2B companies, start real conversations, and set qualified meetings for the sales team.

Your day-to-day

Run daily outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn

Research target accounts and find the right decision-makers (operations, procurement, plant and facility managers)

Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for account executives

Follow up persistently and keep opportunities moving

Log calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM

Hit weekly activity and meeting goals

What you need

At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience

Professional-level (or better) spoken and written English

Comfort with high-volume cold calling to US prospects

Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive

Industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B background is a strong plus

Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
