Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of Convect AI’s customer base. You will also be expected to become proficient in the capabilities of our software, deliver product demonstrations, and collect valuable feedback to improve our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain management sector.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

• Learn and understand the capabilities of Convect AI’s software platform and how it benefits potential clients.

• Conduct software demos for prospective clients, showcasing our advanced optimization tools.

• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to quickly learn and articulate software capabilities and technical concepts.

• Experience in supply chain management or an understanding of supply chain planning is a plus.

• Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.

• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets.

• Experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
