Business Development Trainee - Remote

Summary

We are hiring on behalf of a client for a fully remote Business Development Trainee opportunity. This training opportunity is designed for individuals interested in developing practical skills in lead generation, client outreach, prospect qualification, and business development.

The selected candidate will participate in a structured training program and gain hands-on experience supporting business development activities in a professional remote environment.

• Research and identify potential clients to generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with inbound inquiries and prospective clients.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Officers and prepare relevant account briefs.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
• Support the preparation of proposals and quotations and follow up with prospects until handover to the closing stage.
• Participate in and complete the structured business development training program.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic proficiency and basic-to-intermediate English proficiency.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience, consistency, and a proactive approach to outreach.
• Self-discipline, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• A personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Willingness to learn and complete the structured training program.
