Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll have opportunities to:

What you’ll be doing:

From day one, you'll become part of the team, contributing to live projects and gaining practical experience through meaningful work and real responsibility.

• Work with teams from across our company to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of business systems and process.
• Connect with people and bring them together to identify business process challenges.
• Learn to use tools such as PowerApps and Power BI to collect and process data.
• Help our teams understand and visualise data so they can make key business decisions.
• Develop requirements and find solutions that will be used by our teams to improve the business and provide an enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Be studying for your bachelor’s degree, ideally in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Maths)
• Be able to engage with people and teams at all levels of our business, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Services.
• Use creative thinking and available tools to develop solutions to challenges.
• Use a range of IT and digital tools, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Learn new concepts and principles.

Recruitment Process:

Applications for our Internship opportunities close on 31st December 2026.

Depending on the role, successful candidates will be invited to attend either an Assessment Centre or an interview.

Assessment activities may include group exercises, presentations and interviews designed to help us learn more about your strengths, skills and suitability for the role.

Recruitment activities will take place during 1st – 19th February 2027.

Our Internship opportunities are due to commence on 6th September 2027, so you'll need to be available to start from this date.
