Business Expert (Tech Development)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Business Expert (Tech Development), you’ll play a key role in developing and continuously improving our BI and CPM/planning solution. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll understand their needs, translate requirements into system designs and take an active part in building and enhancing the solution.

Some of your main responsibilities include translating business needs into system solutions, developing and maintaining the solution, supporting end users, and continuously improving the system to create business value.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…​

• A solid understanding of business processes and how digital solutions can support business goals.
• Experience understanding stakeholder needs, challenging requirements when needed and translating them into practical system solutions.
• Experience working with BI, CPM or planning solutions. Experience with Board International is an advantage, and similar platforms are also relevant.
• An understanding of how data, business rules and system configuration work together, with a willingness to develop your technical knowledge.
• Clear communication skills and experience bringing business users and technical teams together to explore needs and solutions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  

This is a permanent position based in our Head Office in Stockholm with the possibility to work remotely. This role reports directly to Maria Hansson, Controlling Manager Financial Services & Governance.
