Business Growth Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity for our team in Argentina or India , working closely with Partners and Practice Area Leaders to drive Frost & Sullivan’s Growth. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in: Building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders globally Conducting outreach to prospective clients to source and secure appointments Understanding client business challenges and identifying growth opportunities Collaborating internally across advisory and analytics teams to drive client engagement and growth opportunities What we are looking for: Confidence and comfort in picking up the phone, making outbound calls, and initiating business conversations with senior stakeholders Resourcefulness in identifying and reaching the right decision makers and key contacts across organizations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset Strong interest in business development, relationship building, and client engagement Full time or part time (if you’re continuing your existing role) engagement This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to broaden their exposure, build commercial acumen, and engage with senior global stakeholders in a dynamic, growth-focused role.
