AI- Growth Specialist

ChessCubs: AI Growth Specialist (SEO, AEO and GEO; full time, work from home, India daytime) ChessCubs is a US based academy (Chesscubs LLC) and a US Chess Federation affiliate (A9989894). We teach children aged 6 to 15 in small live classes. Our families are mostly in the United States. What you will do Your main work is getting ChessCubs found by US parents: on Google, in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and on social media, mainly YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. This means listing us on parent and education directories, writing to people who publish "best of" lists, writing clear pages and articles for parents, preparing our YouTube titles and descriptions, answering parents' questions honestly on forums, checking Search Console and Bing each week, and testing each month what AI assistants say about us. You will also manage our social media on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook: create posts (short videos, images and captions), tidy our videos in our own studio tool (cutting pauses and mistakes; no advanced editing needed), write titles and descriptions, post everything, and grow those accounts. The role also includes video, content, social media, growth planning, parent communication, admin and any other work for ChessCubs when needed. Every page, article and outreach message is approved before it goes out. All work is done inside our own app and work browser, and the work is recorded. Hours (India time) Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with 30 minutes for lunch. The hours stay the same all year. What you need Excellent written English. This matters more than anything else. A completed course in SEO, AEO or GEO, or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content or outreach A laptop, steady internet and a quiet place to work Pay Rs 40,000 a month, paid monthly, on a contract basis.
