We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who can own our data stack end to end, from pipelines to dashboards to actionable insight. You’ll join a small, sharp, and ambitious team that delivers. No red tape. No politics. Just clear ownership, collaboration, and a shared focus on using data to drive the business forward. What you’ll do: 1️⃣ Build and maintain our data backbone -Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, data warehouse, and data lake on AWS. -Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data flow across systems. -Optimise performance, reliability, and data governance throughout the pipeline. 2️⃣ Create outstanding intelligence dashboards -Develop high-quality, insightful dashboards in Looker. -Work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand our KPIs and operational needs. -Deliver clear, actionable insights that help teams run the business smarter every day. 3️⃣ Analyse and unlock insight from data Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with leadership to provide analytics that drive decision-making and business change. Communicate complex findings in simple, impactful ways. What you’ll need: -Strong experience with Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda). -Proven ability to model, transform, and visualise data effectively. -Experience building dashboards in Looker (or similar BI tools). -A mix of technical depth and commercial awareness — understanding what data really matters. -Excellent communication skills and a passion for clarity, accuracy, and storytelling with data. -Fully remote (±2hrs GMT ideal) -Competitive compensation -Small, fast, ambitious team where your work truly shapes the business Ready to help create the most immersive AI experiences on the planet?
