Your Role: Business Intelligence Manager & Solutions Architect

As Business Intelligence Manager & Solutions Architect, you will join the Sales Enablement organization and report to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will connect commercial strategy, data architecture and software engineering to modernize business intelligence and operational workflows. Your work will transform complex commercial data into governed data products, decision-ready insights and sustainable digital solutions for sales teams and executive leaders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that integrate commercial, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and operational data sources.
• Establish data quality, validation, reconciliation, lineage, security and governance practices to ensure reliable, auditable and appropriately controlled business intelligence assets.
• Design and deploy interactive dashboards, analytics products and forward-looking insights that support sales management, territory planning, business reviews and executive decision-making.
• Analyse commercial and operational processes, then design and implement maintainable automated workflows and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams and application programming interface integrations.
• Own BI and technical initiatives end to end, from stakeholder discovery and requirements definition through solution architecture, implementation, testing, prioritisation, documentation, training and operational handover.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or a closely related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting.
• Demonstrated success designing, building and deploying enterprise-grade business intelligence platforms and automated workflows from the ground up.
• Proven ability to define solution architectures, manage multiple workstreams and engage directly with departmental leaders and executive sponsors.
• Strong capability in data engineering, data modelling, process analysis and rapid prototyping, with a focus on practical, maintainable solutions.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Experience delivering data-led solutions across multiple industries.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams and application programming interface integrations to automate business processes.
• Experience advancing analytics from descriptive reporting toward proactive or predictive commercial insights.
• Experience developing data dictionaries, architecture documentation and training materials that support self-service adoption.
• Experience partnering with enterprise information technology teams, cloud architects and third-party technology vendors.
