About Lexplore

Lexplore uses AI and eye-tracking technology to measure reading ability in school-age children, and our platform is used by thousands of schools across the Nordics. We are now in an active pivot: from a standalone assessment tool to an intelligence layer inside the platforms schools already use, while growing our B2C offering to families.

We are a small team where everyone owns their part of the business. We are adding a person who sees the whole company, connects the dots and helps shape how we work as we grow.

The role

You report to the CEO and work side by side on everything from priorities to board work. You also collaborate closely with the CPTO, Customer Success and the rest of the team. Whatever your profile, three areas are yours. You start with the first two, and the third is phased in as you settle into the role.

1. Run the operating rhythm. You are the person who makes sure things move. Action lists that close, projects that get followed up, and a clear picture of where we stand across the team, the B2B pipeline and the board. You build the KPIs and board material, drive projects of your own from start to finish, and step in when others need an extra pair of hands. This is the role that keeps everyone pulling in the same direction.

2. Build the machinery. You own the processes behind the business: finance routines with our CFO, the operational flow behind our school customers with Customer Success, contracts, suppliers and keeping everything current. You also turn what lives in people's heads into the playbook the whole company runs on. First make it run like clockwork, then make it run leaner.

3. Own how our customers are served. Together with the CEO, you are the key account manager for our B2B integration customers once they go live. You also build the knowledge base that lets customers help themselves, with the goal of an AI-powered support agent.

In practice, that means one day you redesign a process that saves the team hours every week, the next you walk a new integration customer through go-live, and the day after you sit down with the CEO to prepare the next board meeting.

Where the role can go

Once the base is running, the role grows in the direction of your strengths. Examples of where it can go:

Customers and growth

  • B2C measurement, tracking and campaigns together with the CEO and CPTO
  • Mapping and improving the B2C customer journey, from first visit to paying family
  • Business development: finding new integration partners and growing with the ones we have

Operations and finance

  • Designing processes and workflows that let us grow without adding headcount
  • Choosing and setting up the systems we need to scale
  • The financing process and runway planning together with our CFO

Data and insight

  • Product analytics with the CPTO: what users actually do, and why
  • Customer insight: what makes customers satisfied, and who needs attention before they churn
  • Turning our reading data into insights, from reports for schools to evidence of our impact on children's reading

Strategy and new initiatives

  • Market and competitor research ahead of key decisions
  • Business cases for new segments, products or markets
  • Strategic projects with the CEO, from the next phase of the pivot to our long-term plan

What we are looking for

  • 1 to 4 years in a broad, self-driven role, for example in consulting, a startup or as an analyst
  • A degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Structured and comfortable with numbers
  • Comfortable in front of customers
  • Fluent in Swedish or English
  • Based in Stockholm, with set on-site days as part of our hybrid setup

Experience from edtech, web analytics and campaign setup, or CRM and automation tools is a plus.

Above all, you take ownership without waiting to be told, find the balance between speed and quality, reach for AI tools to automate what you would otherwise repeat, and see a pivot as an opportunity rather than a risk.

What we offer

  • A product that makes a real difference for children who struggle with reading
  • A seat next to the CEO during a strategic pivot
  • Ownership from the start, in a small team with short decision paths
  • The chance to grow into a broader role as the company evolves
  • 30 days of vacation
  • Wellness allowance and occupational pension

Start date: as soon as possible.

Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We are looking for the right person, and what matters most to us is how you think and what drives you. If you want to help children become confident readers, and help build a company along the way, we would love to hear from you.
