We are seeking a Business Planning Analyst to join our Integrated Tactical Planning team at our Corporate Headquarters in Duncan, SC. The Business Planning Analyst supports Product Solutions’ strategic and business planning, and performance management processes. This role combines business analysis, strategic thinking, AI-enabled ways of working, and disciplined execution to turn information into insights, support senior executive decision-making, and help keep the division’s management systems running effectively.

What Your Day Could Look Like

  • Analyze business and performance information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
  • Translate data and business inputs into clear insights, visualizations, and senior executive-ready materials.
  • Support strategic planning, business reviews, and leadership forums through analysis, preparation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Use AI as a core part of the daily workflow to research, analyze, synthesize, automate, and improve planning and reporting processes.
  • Support KPI reporting and the creation of dashboards to improve how performance information is communicated and used.
  • Support the execution of the division operating rhythm, including planning milestones, reporting deadlines, leadership forums, templates, calendars, and other required inputs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to planning processes, templates, tools, and workflows.
  • Support preparation and distribution of executive briefing packages and communications materials.
  • Provide coordination support for defined initiatives, including schedules, meeting notes, status tracking, and deliverable management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 yrs of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, business operations, finance, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into clear business implications and recommended actions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience preparing materials for senior executive audiences and coordinating inputs across multiple functions.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools, with a commitment to responsible use and continuous learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential business information.

What Success Looks Like

  • Leaders receive clear, timely, decision-ready insights rather than reports alone.
  • Business performance information is translated into implications and actions.
  • Executive leadership time protected and leveraged for efficient decision making
  • Leadership reviews, planning cycles, actions, and deadlines are managed consistently and reliably.
  • AI, automation, and improved visualization reduce manual effort and increase the value of planning and reporting.
  • In partnership with the Chief of Staff and the Business Planning Manager, the division’s operating rhythm becomes simpler, faster, and more useful to the business.
