At SAP, you will be part of a global business process consulting community focused on transformation, innovation, and customer value. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to design future-ready business processes and grow in a culture that values learning, trust, and impact.
What You Bring
You bring two or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), certified in at least one SuccessFactors module and with your first implementation behind you as a lead consultant. Experience with Time Management, Employee Central, or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application. You are familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors — including agentic AI day-to-day practice and AI adoption capability — and understand how they shift HR from transactional to autonomous operations. Your ability to apply AI output quality assurance and context engineering in real client settings gives your delivery an edge.
You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, bring emotional intelligence and genuine customer orientation to every engagement, and establish trust quickly with clients and colleagues alike. You approach complex problem solving with clarity and connect technology decisions to a meaningful customer value proposition. Your German and English are fluent.
What You Build
You design, implement, and support services and solutions that improve customer outcomes — contributing to plans, quality, risk management, and measurable impact across projects and programs. You serve as a key client contact through the full implementation lifecycle, supporting workshops, leading root cause analysis, and driving delivery to go-live.
A key part of your work is advising clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors — leveraging AI-assisted automation and prototyping to automate decisions, reduce manual HR processes, and move toward an autonomous enterprise model. You apply business process analysis to map requirements to solution capabilities, use scenario testing to validate outcomes, and configure business process automation across technological solutions. You support AI workforce transformation planning efforts that help enterprises rethink how people and intelligent systems work together, and collaborate with near-shore and off-shore consultants as part of cross-border project teams.
Where You Belong
This team is part of SAP's Global Customer Services and Delivery. The work focuses on enterprise HR transformation for large clients across the region — increasingly built on intelligent, AI-embedded processes that reduce manual effort and improve people decisions at scale. You own your client engagements, work alongside skilled consultants, and travel on-site as needed. Your base is Prague in the Czech Republic, and the role has reach across Europe and beyond.
