Business Processes Consultant - SAP Finance & Controlling

What you'll bring

You bring solid experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling implementation projects, a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, and the ability to translate customer requirements into effective SAP solutions.

You hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including hands-on SAP FI/CO implementation or consulting activities.

Practical experience in SAP FI and/or CO configuration and customizing is essential, together with an understanding of cross-functional integration. You can independently configure and deliver SAP FI/CO solutions within assigned functional areas, with experience across key implementation phases, from solution design to go-live.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly valued. Familiarity with Public and Private Cloud, SAP Fiori, and exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted business workflows are considered advantages.

You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, customer orientation, business acumen, effective communication, and the initiative to take ownership of deliverables while collaborating in international teams.

Fluency in Romanian and business proficiency in English are required. Conversational German and any additional European language are considered advantages.

What you'll build

You will strengthen your career as an SAP FI/CO Implementation Consultant, independently delivering solutions and taking ownership of assigned functional areas in customer implementation projects.

You will contribute to all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations — requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. Working directly with customers, you will translate business requirements into SAP solutions, resolve functional challenges, and ensure high-quality project deliverables.

You will broaden your expertise across the SAP Finance and Controlling services portfolio, including Public and Private Cloud solutions, cross-functional integration, and emerging AI-driven capabilities, such as embedded AI, intelligent automation, and the Joule ecosystem.

Through collaboration with experienced consultants and architects, exposure to complex customer projects, and continuous learning, you will progressively expand your technical and functional responsibilities.

This role offers a long-term career path toward Senior Business Processes Consultant, Principal Consultant, and SAP Solution Architect, with opportunities to lead functional workstreams, design increasingly complex solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to end-to-end SAP transformation projects.
