Business Support Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

Join YatesGroup as a Business Support Manager and play a pivotal role in keeping our field sales team connected, organised and equipped to deliver a great customer experience. Working closely with the National Sales Manager, field sales representatives, customers and internal teams, you’ll be at the centre of the day-to-day sales operation, coordinating customer enquiries, orders, promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns. You’ll also take ownership of key activities including the annual price rise process, CRM data quality and sales reporting, turning accurate information and strong coordination into practical support for the team. This is a varied role where your organisation, initiative and customer focus will have a visible impact across the business.

What We’re Looking for

• Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service or a similar business support role, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills across phone, email and digital channels.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong attention to detail.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the initiative to coordinate issues through to resolution and work confidently across different teams.
