We’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid position in Draper, Utah (M, W, F in-office). What You’ll Do Own and manage Canopy’s daily operations in Zuora. Design and optimize workflows for billing, subscription management and financial reporting, with a focus on automation, scalability, and accuracy. Strategize and build the vision for how Canopy uses Zuora. Anticipate business needs and deliver functionality to support new product launches, pricing changes, and internal process changes. Drive seamless cross-system integrations and data flows across business systems. Identify and implement AI-powered automation to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. Partner with system owners and business stakeholders to align tools with complete, end-to-end business processes within Zuora. Communicate solutions and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and business audiences. Build and maintain documentation on system architecture, processes, and integrations. Streamline processes, improve usability, and reduce manual work through automation and AI-driven solutions. Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience owning Zuora or another billing system (Chargebee, Maxio, etc). 5+ years of experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline Strong system design fundamentals with a proven hands-on record of solving business problems. Direct, deep experience with quote-to-cash processes, billing system design, and business operations in a SaaS environment. Bonus Points Clear, confident communication skills, able to translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa for audiences of all levels. Demonstrated ability to produce technical artifacts and documentation. Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling.
