Welcome to Infraspeak.

Our mission is simple: to transform facilities management with a collaborative platform that unifies every part of FM operations into one cohesive system — enabling every stakeholder to Work as One.

We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures end-to-end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets — with no silos, blind spots or overload.

Born in Porto, Portugal, we’re now a global company serving customers in 45+ countries and backed by top investors. But we’re just getting started.

  • We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy.

  • We believe that only great teams build great products — and that includes our customers.

  • We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination.

Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life — for our customers, our team, and the broader community.

What are we building?

Every deal we sign travels through CPQ, CRM and product before it reaches Finance. When those systems agree, nobody notices. When they don’t, someone has to fix it by hand.

You’ll own how information flows from quote to cash. You’ll join our Strategy & Business Operations team, in the COO’s area.

Finance owns billing, Product owns usage data and RevOps owns CPQ and CRM. You own the space between them: what data moves, when it moves and what happens when it doesn’t.

What will you do?

The goal is simple: what we sell, deliver and bill tells the same story. Here’s how you’ll get there:

  • Draw the map. Define which system owns which data, from product to sales and finance, and how and when it moves.

  • Own the data model. Set shared definitions so every team works from one source of truth.

  • Design the connections. Build integrations with native connectors, APIs and low-code tools, edge cases included.

  • Keep the rules intact. Approved pricing, entitlements and contract terms survive every handoff.

  • Retire manual work. Start with the handoffs that put the most revenue at risk, using AI where it helps.

  • Close the gaps. Reconcile usage and billing so every difference is billed or waived on purpose.

  • Keep data clean. Set up routines to monitor quality and fix root causes, and check what every change touches before it goes live.

Your first months

  • Put the full quote-to-cash map on paper: systems, data owners, timing and gaps.

  • Run your first usage and billing reconciliation and make it a repeatable and automated routine.

Who are we looking for?

We care more about how you think than where you’ve done it. You don’t need a SaaS background. You might come from business, revenue or sales operations, process analysis, finance or billing operations, ERP or CRM implementation, or operations consulting.

How you work

  • You see the whole picture. You zoom out to the end-to-end picture, then zoom in to find where information gets lost.

  • You think before you configure. You know what a change touches, design for the exceptions and prioritise by risk.

  • You finish what you start. You deliver, document and check your work before calling it done.

  • You lead through influence. You get different teams pulling in the same direction, and you can say no with good arguments.

  • You translate both ways. You explain technical topics to business teams and business needs to technical people.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in roles combining process, systems and data.

  • Hands-on configuration of business applications (CRM, ERP, CPQ, billing or similar), beyond end-user level.

  • A solid grasp of how systems exchange data. No coding required.

  • Process mapping and documentation, plus strong data analysis for reconciliations and audits (advanced spreadsheets at minimum).

  • Financial literacy: you know how a contract becomes recurring revenue, an invoice and cash, and why those numbers don’t always match.

  • A degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering and Management is a great fit), management, economics or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Bonus points

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or another subscription business.

  • SQL, integration or automation platforms, or AI tools for data work.

  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, invoicing rules or contract compliance.

What do we offer?

  • Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture.

  • Competitive salary and perks.

  • Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto.

  • A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus).

  • A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them.

  • Regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.
