They are seeking a Business Technology Analyst to join the business in a broad role focused on improving business systems, streamlining processes and supporting technology initiatives across the organisation.

• Exposure to business systems implementations, enhancements or technology projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An interest in automation, AI and using technology to improve business processes.
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop within a growing organisation.

Role and Reporting Lines

Working as part of a wider business and technology team, you will support the delivery of systems improvements and technology initiatives across different business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements for systems improvements and technology projects.
• Reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Working closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand business needs.
• Supporting the implementation, enhancement and integration of business applications.
• Translating business requirements into clear documentation for technical teams.
• Supporting testing, issue resolution and the delivery of systems changes.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and improvements to existing workflows.
• Contributing to wider business improvement and technology initiatives.
