Microsoft Licensing/Enterprise Agreement Specalist

eir business talent are currently seeking applicants for a Microsoft Licensing / Enterprise Agreement (EA) Consultant. This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Cork or Dublin. This is a hybrid role.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Licensing / Enterprise Agreement (EA) Consultant to support a large enterprise organisation with an upcoming Microsoft EA renewal.

This is a short-term specialist engagement focused on reviewing the organisation's current Microsoft licensing position and providing independent commercial and licensing guidance ahead of the renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the organisation's current Microsoft licensing landscape.
• Support preparations for the upcoming Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewal.
• Assess the available Microsoft licensing models and options.
• Identify opportunities to optimise the existing licensing estate.
• Highlight potential areas for cost savings.
• Provide clear, independent recommendations on the most commercially advantageous approach.
• Help stakeholders understand the implications of different licensing options and renewal decisions.
  
  

Experience Required

• Strong experience with Microsoft enterprise licensing.
• Previous involvement in Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewals.
• Good understanding of Microsoft licensing models and commercial structures within a public sector environment.
• Experience reviewing and optimising enterprise Microsoft licensing estates.
• Ability to identify licensing efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Comfortable providing independent advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
