C2C Overseas Residency in Southeast Asia

*As a note this residency will be in an overseas context, not Baton Rouge, LA. Exact location withheld for security purposes. Campus2Campus offers a two-year, full-time Overseas Residency in Southeast Asia for those exploring a possible future in long-term cross-cultural ministry. As part of a team working to plant churches among university students and the surrounding community in a global city with limited gospel access, you’ll focus on language and cultural immersion, evangelism, and discipleship. This Residency is intended as a stepping stone toward long-term missions, so we invite applicants who are seriously considering, but not yet committed to, long-term overseas ministry. Key Responsibilities: Learn the language and culture through formal study, tutoring, and immersion (approx. 20–30 hrs/week) Engage in relational evangelism and ministry among local university students (up to 10 hrs/week) Participate in team rhythms, spiritual formation, and administrative tasks Collaborate with your team leader, sending church, and C2C leadership to discern next steps Maintain communication with donors and raise full support prior to launch We’re looking for spiritually healthy, relationally warm, emotionally resilient self-starters who are eager to live among the least-reached and discern their place in God’s global mission.
