Design and develop electrical wiring systems for heavy machinery and vehicles. Create and optimize cable harness solutions, from 3D installation to 2D schematic design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Lead projects from initial concept to production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Support prototyping, form boards, and the manufacturing process for cable harnesses. Provide on-site troubleshooting and repairs as needed. What Do You Offer? A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Hands-on experience with cable harness design, production, and project management- ideally within automotive. Proficiency with 2D drafting systems like E3, Saber, Eplan, SolidWorks Electrical. Experience with 3D CAD systems such as Catia, NX, SolidWorks, PTC Creo, or AutoCAD. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
