Call Center Representative

Kaya Aesthetic is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Provide clients with accurate information about aesthetic treatments, dermatology services, packages, and promotions.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly appointment booking, sales, and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate client information and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Call Center Agent in an Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Beauty Clinic.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and lead-conversion abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
