CAMPAIGN CONCEPTOR - BRANDSTORM MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED
Lagos (Hybrid) | Full-Time
About Brandstorm
Brandstorm Marketing Services Limited is a full-service creative and marketing agency that builds brands people actually talk about. We blend bold creative thinking with sharp strategy to help clients stand out — not just show up. Over six years, we've delivered campaigns across social, digital, and experiential that move culture and drive commercial results. We're not a big agency. We're a precise one.
The Role
We're looking for a Campaign Conceptor — someone whose superpower is the big idea.
Not the person who executes the idea. Not the person who manages the team that executes it. The person who has it — who can take a brief, find the human truth inside it, and build a campaign concept strong enough to win an award, go viral, or both.
You'll work directly with the MD and creative team to develop integrated campaign concepts from brief to pitch — and you'll own the idea from first thought to final deck. This is a thinking role. The work you produce is concepts, territories, narratives, and the creative rationale that makes clients say yes.
What You'll Actually Do
- Receive a client brief and return a campaign concept worth presenting
- Develop big ideas that work across channels — social, OOH, activations, digital, PR
- Write campaign narratives, territories, and creative rationale that are clear, compelling, and sellable
- Build and present pitch decks that clients remember
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring concepts to life
- Stay close to culture — Nigerian and global — so your ideas are always relevant
You Are Right For This If…
- You can point to campaign ideas you personally conceived — not "campaigns your team ran"
- You think in human truths before you think in formats
- You have opinions about advertising and can defend them
- You've stayed up at night because a brief was bothering you
- You know the difference between a campaign and a collection of content
This Role Is Not For You If…
- Your portfolio is full of graphics, reels, and social media calendars
- You've never written a campaign rationale from scratch
- You need a brief to tell you what the idea should be
- You think "going viral" is a strategy
- You're looking for a title upgrade
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years in advertising or creative strategy, preferably agency-side
- A portfolio of campaign concepts you personally developed — case studies, decks, or work samples
- Strong written communication — you can articulate an idea as well as you can have one
- Comfortable presenting to clients and defending creative decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required if your work speaks)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Hybrid work arrangement
- A seat at the table - your ideas will be pitched, produced, and seen
