Title: Campaign Manager
Time: Full-Time UK/SA Hours
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,800 - $2,000/month USD
The Company
Our client is a B2B influencer marketplace connecting B2B brands with LinkedIn influencers. They provide an end-to-end solution by sourcing influencers and matching them with brands based on data and specific campaign criteria.
Role Overview
As a Campaign Manager, you will assist in a wide range of tasks to ensure campaigns run successfully. This role is ideal for an ambitious, empathetic, and creative self-starter eager to learn and ready to take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
Key Responsibilities
• Spend the majority of your time acquiring influencers to sign up for the marketplace, maintaining relationships, and educating them on the service.
• Coordinate content, schedules, and campaign calendars to ensure successful execution.
• Actively post on LinkedIn regarding business influencer marketing, social branding, social selling, B2B influencers, and your professional journey.
• Collect post-campaign testimonials from influencers to showcase successful work.
• Help build and direct product features based on feedback from brands, influencers, and operational experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the platform, influencers, and partner brands.
• Maintain data hygiene, design operational processes, and suggest efficiency improvements.
Your Day-To-Day
• Identify which campaigns require creator sourcing.
• Review profiles across database platforms, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other tools based on required metrics, tonality, and style.
• Submit selected profiles to partner brands or upload them into the platform database.
• Reach out to creators selected by brands for active campaigns.
• Negotiate terms and collaborate with creators throughout the content production process.
• Collect drafts and provide constructive feedback on copy and media using industry trends and campaign guidelines.
• Share live post links with brands and update campaign statuses on the platform.
• Collect and track performance analytics from live posts.
Progression
As you develop skills in copywriting and gain deeper awareness of campaign strategy, you will progress toward the role of Campaign Director, focusing on end-to-end campaign ownership, strategy, and creative execution.
Qualifications
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage expectations, remain flexible, and communicate directly with subject matter experts and thought leaders.
• Strong creative mindset with experience collaborating on copy, graphics, and video.
• Educated risk taker who is self-sufficient, comfortable building processes from scratch, and able to learn quickly from experience.
• Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills to coordinate complex campaigns and budgets over extended periods.
• High confidence in expressing data-backed opinions and making strategic decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
• Hardworking, productive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced grassroots startup environment.
• Proactive attitude with an eagerness to receive feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
• Social media management and content creation experience is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
