ABOUT US

Pomelo places the best offshore talent with leading brands, startups, and agencies across the globe. We enable hard-working and ambitious talent to work remotely from their home countries, while gaining exposure into how the world’s top companies operate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a rockstar Campaign Manager to join our client, a culturally-conscious talent/influencer management agency that celebrates Black digital talent. This role is on their talent management team and is built for someone with a strong background in project and account management who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative, and high-touch environment. If you’re proactive, solutions-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about influencer marketing, this is your chance to make an immediate impact in a culturally driven and purpose-led agency. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead with excellence, stay close to the details, and take ownership of relationships, timelines, and day-to-day execution. This is not the role for someone juggling other commitments or seeking a behind-the-scenes seat—we need someone ready to show up fully and help drive the business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management: Act as the daily point of contact for assigned talent, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly, deliverables are received and submitted on time, and updates are communicated in real time.
  • Campaign Coordination, Execution & Workflow Management: Own the full project lifecycle—strategically manage timelines, deliverables, and communication, using project management tools, to ensure every campaign moves seamlessly from kickoff to completion.
  • Client + Talent Communication: Act as a primary point of contact—responding quickly, clearly, and professionally across all channels.
  • Briefing & Campaign Oversight: Attend client briefings, align on deliverables, manage deadlines, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support ongoing pitching and campaign ideation across accounts.
  • Track content feedback and performance to drive quality and consistency.
  • Flex into special projects and cross-functional initiatives when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project or account management, influencer marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management tools and digital communication platforms.
  • A proactive approach to inbox and task management, with an ability to respond efficiently and effectively.
  • Motivational and positive attitude, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in influencer marketing.
  • REQUIRED: ABILITY TO WORK 9:00AM TO 5:00PM IN US EASTERN TIME, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

BENEFITS

  • Work remotely from the comfort of your home
  • Paid holidays and time off
  • Performance and referral bonuses
