What You'll Be Crafting Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, focused on lead generation and sales. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform campaign strategies. Strategize campaign concepts, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPA, ROI, key metrics), making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Write high-converting ad copy, including captions, subtitles, and creatives aligned with campaign goals. Proactively communicate ideas, updates, and results with the team to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Manage campaign workflows, including delegating tasks to VAs and ensuring timely delivery. Leverage AI tools to support copywriting, ideation, and creative production. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives. Your Superpowers 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or digital campaign management. Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimization (CPA, ROI, performance tracking) Proven ability in copywriting for ads and marketing campaigns. Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitor analysis. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for stakeholders collaboration and reporting. Strong ownership mindset, critical thinking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment. Flexibility to put in extra hours when necessary to meet campaign deadlines or urgent optimization needs.
