About Origina
Origina is a rapidly growing global challenger technology company on a mission to stop unnecessary technology change by helping enterprises to extend, protect and enhance their software assets. We believe organizations should be free to run their systems for as long as they choose - without being pushed into costly, unwanted upgrades that don’t align with their strategy, so we step in to provide an alternative from the original vendor.

We’re scaling fast, with a clear path to €0.5 billion in the next five years, and expanding our presence across Europe, the US, and Australia. As a leading force in independent enterprise software support, we help the world’s largest organizations take back control of their technology roadmap and unlock genuine commercial freedom.

If you’re energized by growth, excited by change, and motivated to help customers challenge long-standing industry norms, this is the team to join. At Origina, you’ll be part of a bold, fast-moving global business where your impact will be felt immediately.

The Role

The Head of Business Development manages the first interaction that prospective customers have with Origina. The team is comprised of tenacious, curious, positive and creative individuals dedicated to outstanding achievement and success for themselves, the Sales team and the company. Origina is looking for self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented and creative team leader looking to further build their career in Sales and people management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our business development efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Americas. The expectation is you will sit as a member of the North America leadership team, and drive the agenda for all pipeline development efforts.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2 days per week in the Dublin office.

The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing programs across prospects, customers and strategic partners.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for turning commercial priorities into coordinated go-to-market activity. You will work across Sales, Channel, CAMS, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to plan, execute and optimise campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, retention, advocacy, pipeline and revenue.

You will own the day-to-day management of the marketing calendar, coordinate campaign execution across channels and play a key role in developing and activating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeted at Origina's highest-value accounts.

Success will be measured through campaign execution, audience engagement, MQL creation, pipeline generation, customer growth, partner activation and commercial impact.

What You'll Do

Lead Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Origina's growth objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across email, digital, content, webinars, events, paid media, social and account-based marketing programs.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to business priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise results.

Own the Marketing Calendar

  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations to manage and maintain Origina's global marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate and prioritise campaign activity across regions, audiences and business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment between campaign execution, content creation, events, partner initiatives and sales priorities.
  • Maintain visibility of upcoming launches, customer communications, partner activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and execution.

Build and Execute ABM Programs

  • Support the planning and execution of Account-Based Marketing programs targeting strategic accounts.
  • Work with Sales and wider-Marketing teams to identify target accounts, buying groups and engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate personalised campaigns, content, and outreach activities for priority accounts.
  • Develop account engagement plans that support awareness, consideration and pipeline creation.
  • Track account engagement and help optimise ABM performance and outcomes.

Own Customer Communications

  • Develop customer marketing programs that strengthen engagement, adoption and retention.
  • Deliver customer communication plans supporting key business initiatives and product launches.
  • Create campaigns that support customer expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with CAMs and Sales to identify opportunities for advocacy, references and customer stories.
  • Ensure customers receive relevant and consistent communications throughout their journey with Origina.

Drive Partner Marketing & Enablement

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs that generate engagement and pipeline.
  • Create partner enablement assets, campaign-in-a-box programs and go-to-market toolkits.
  • Collaborate with Partnership and Channel teams on joint campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Support partner onboarding and activation through targeted marketing activities.
  • Coordinate co-branded webinars and demand generation programs with key partners.

Support Go-To-Market Initiatives

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to launch new services, offers and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market activities from planning through execution.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across campaigns and channels.
  • Support global growth initiatives through strong project management and execution.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple marketing programs and stakeholders.

What will be expected of you:

  • Bring creativity, accountability and commercial thinking to every campaign.
  • Test new ideas, channels and approaches to improve performance.
  • Work across teams to remove obstacles and improve execution.
  • Take ownership of outcomes and continuously look for ways to scale and improve marketing impact.

  • A data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High levels of ownership, accountability and initiative.
  • Experience working with Hubspot and CRM platforms.
  • Experience within B2B technology marketing is preferred.

Experience in enterprise software, technology services, channel ecosystems or high-growth technology companies will be highly advantageous.
