Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Job Duck is looking for a Candidate Pipeline Coordinator to help keep the talent pipeline organized, accurate, and moving smoothly from sourcing through candidate handoff. In this role, you will support recruiting operations by screening candidates, maintaining clean candidate records, coordinating communication, and preparing candidates for client recruiter review. You will serve as a key operational connection between Talent Sourcers, client recruiters, and candidates, helping ensure that every profile is complete, current, and ready for the next step. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing several moving pieces in a fast-paced recruiting environment. The right candidate will enjoy improving processes, supporting candidate experience, and helping recruitment teams work with greater accuracy and consistency. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following: The Candidate Pipeline Coordinator will report to the Chief Business Data Officer. • The role supports Job Duck BU and works as part of the Job Duck BU team. • The position requires 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR operations, customer success operations, or another high-volume, detail-heavy role. • Experience working in an ATS, CRM, or candidate database is required. • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. • Experience supporting a remote or distributed recruiting team is preferred. • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, and Workday reports is preferred. • Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and ATS triggers is preferred. • Experience in staffing, BPO, or talent marketplace operations is preferred. • The source information does not specify a required timezone. • Software and tools include ATS, CRM, candidate database systems, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Workday reports, Zapier, Make, and ATS triggers.
