Cantonese Role Player

Role Description:

We are looking for fluent, engaging, and expressive Cantonese Role Players to join our team. In this role, you will participate in real-time conversational scenarios, simulations, and role-playing sessions designed for presentation training.

If you are a native or near-native Cantonese speaker with great communication skills, empathy, and an ability to adapt to different scenarios, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Role-Playing Scenarios: Simulate real-life conversations (e.g., daily interactions, customer service, professional meetings, or specific script-based scenarios) in native Cantonese.

Adaptability & Improvisation: Quickly adopt assigned personas, emotions, and tones (e.g., polite, frustrated, casual) based on session goals.

Feedback & Evaluation: Provide clear, constructive feedback on Cantonese language usage, pronunciation, cultural nuances, and tone.

Quality Assurance: Ensure scenarios remain consistent, natural, and aligned with project guidelines.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written traditional Chinese). Good command of English is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, listening, and storytelling abilities.
• Acting / Facilitation Skills: Experience in teaching, acting, customer service, or language tutoring is highly preferred.
• Tech Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet environment, and standard audio/video equipment for remote work.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow detailed scenario briefs and guidelines accurately.
