About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and proven techno-functional skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, Agile methodologies, and business analysis within the financial services domain. This role requires the ability to work independently, collaborate across global teams, and deliver high-quality solutions for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and information needs to design optimal system solutions.
  

• Recommend improvements to IT systems and processes.
  

• Capture requirements using JIRA, Confluence, BRD, and FSD.
  

• Prepare process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
  

• Work in Agile/Scaled Agile project methodologies.
  

• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables.
  

• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
  

• Conduct testing for real-time mission-critical systems.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Capital Market domain expertise
  

• SQL (strong proficiency)
  

• Agile / Scaled Agile methodologies
  

• Techno-Functional Business Analysis
  

Desired Qualifications

• 6–10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years relevant in Capital Market BA.
  

• Scrum Master certification preferred.
  

• Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets (Front Office, ETF, Asset Management).
  

• Strong communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
  

Interview Process

• Rounds: 3
  

• Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (On-call/Weekend support may be required)
  

• Notice Period: Immediate to max 15 days
  

Compensation
