Card Campaign Management Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Card Campaign Management Consultant to join our team as part of our long-term projects with leading banks.

Location: 4. Levent, Istanbul

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, configuration, and execution of credit card and loyalty campaigns.
• Ensure accurate implementation of campaign rules and processes.
• Coordinate campaign testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, resolve issues, and prepare reports.
• Support reward allocation, reconciliation, and process improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in banking, card payments, or loyalty programs.
• Experience in campaign management or card-related processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital business tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
