Career Site Content & Experience Consultant

We are looking for an experienced consultant to help a global company launch a new career site and create an engaging, candidate-focused digital experience.

You will:

• Develop and edit career site content for different audiences

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and turn insights into compelling stories

• Coordinate content, approvals and publishing with global teams and external partners

• Support implementation in the platform

• Test and improve candidate journeys across desktop and mobile

We are looking for someone with experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, career sites or talent attraction. You are a strong English copywriter and storyteller with solid project management skills and a good understanding of UX and digital content.

Period: 4 months, starting November 2026

Location: Preferably Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work

Language: Excellent English; native-level English is an advantage
